The person behind the work
Meet Tom.
A Gas Safe heating engineer with over 19 years of industry experience, specialising in boiler installations, heating systems and gas work.
Tom began his career as a plumbing apprentice before spending several years in the Army. After leaving the Army, he completed his NVQ in plumbing and mechanical engineering while working for a large heating company in London.
He then gained his gas qualification and began carrying out heating and boiler installations independently. His experience has since included work for British Gas, housing associations, energy providers and local builders.

After building extensive industry experience, Tom established TLB Heating & Plumbing Ltd with a simple aim: quality installations, clear pricing and a friendly, professional service.
Installation work requires care and close attention to detail. Tom believes the finished work should be something he would be happy to have in his own home.
